Help with Arcos — subscriptions, accounts, and getting in touch.

Quick answers

  • Manage or cancel your subscription

    Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Arcos. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

  • Restore a purchase

    Signed in with the same account you bought on? Open Arcos → Settings → Restore purchases to re-apply your plan and any credits.

  • Delete your account and data

    Open Arcos → Settings → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your trips, stops, saved stays, journal entries, vehicle profiles, and Ask conversations. It cannot be undone.

  • Report a problem or share feedback

    Email us with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot and your device model. It helps us fix issues faster.
